    Artisan Walk in Brea started their building in 2000 and finished their last phase in 2002. With single family homes ranging from 1,850 to 2,250 square feet of living space, these 2-story designs are ideally located just east of the 57 freeway. Typical lots are about 4,000 square feet. The Brea Mall and downtown is about 1 mile away.

As one of Brea’s original neighborhoods east of the 57 freeway, Glenbrook residents are able to enjoy the close proximity to the Brea Mall, restaurants, and tons of association amenities. A clubhouse, basketball court, park, pool, and spa are all accessible to Glenbrook homeowners.

    La Floresta is a master planned community located at the former Unocal site at the northeast corner of Imperial Highway and Valencia. Almost all home sizes will be built here from 1 bedroom condos to 2,500 square foot detached homes with backyards. For all age groups, a private swim club and recreation center is available. For the 55+ section of the property, a private gated area surrounds “Buena Vida” built by Del Webb homes.
